Second, we will systematically promote the Sinicization of religions in our country to achieve deeper and more substantial progress. We will deeply explore the cultural resources, ecological wisdom and health life concepts of Taoism, and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Taoist culture, so that the wisdom of Taoism can better serve society and benefit the public. Third, we will further advance the comprehensive strict governance of religions. We will focus on improving the religious atmosphere, with the main line of "learning, investigation, and improvement", and conduct in-depth follow-up inspections of the rectification and improvement efforts. We will transform the achievements of the "learning regulations, observing discipline, emphasizing cultivation, and establishing image" education campaign into a long-term governance mechanism. We will strengthen standardized management, strictly control the venues and the teaching staff, and enhance commercial governance, and standardize the conduct of religious affairs. Fourth, we will fully promote the construction of the talent team. Through measures such as implementing the "hundred-person project" for dual-channel talents, promoting the reengineering of academic qualifications, implementing the training plan for religious personnel, and strengthening the standardized construction of Taoist colleges, we will lay a solid foundation for the healthy inheritance of Taoism.
