Zhang Xiaopeng, whose courtesy name is Xingshan, is the president of the Canadian Yuanqi Tai Chi Association. He began practicing martial arts in 1982 and is proficient in various internal martial arts such as Xingyi Quan, Tai Chi, Baoga Quan, and Miuhun Quan, as well as the secrets of static health preservation. Mr. Zhang Xiaopeng once served as the director of "Wu Hun Tai Ji" magazine, the director of the World Health Preservation Association, the vice president of the Canadian branch of the Chinese Fitness and Qigong Association, the director of the Shandong Martial Arts Association, and the first vice president of the Jinan Martial Arts Association (in charge of traditional martial arts work in Jinan). He was also the vice president of the Chen Jisheng Quiet Practice Spiral Tai Chi Research Society.

Mr. Zhang Xiaopeng is deeply devoted to martial arts and has conducted in-depth research on the health-preserving, combat, and quiet practice aspects of traditional martial arts. He has published hundreds of research articles in "Chinese Martial Arts", "Wu Hun Tai Ji", and various new media. Especially in the field of chronic disease rehabilitation, he has summarized and researched to create the "Tai Chi Six Easy Health Exercises Method", helping many patients with chronic diseases overcome their pain and return from sub-health to health.
