The second meeting of the first council of the World Taoist Federation and the series of international dialogue and exchange activities on Wudang Tai Chi culture opened on November 25th in Wudang Mountain, Hubei Province. Relevant officials from the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, the president of the World Taoist Federation, Li Guangfu, and others attended the event and delivered speeches. Taoist figures from overseas and home countries of 20 countries and regions participated in the event.

The participants unanimously agreed that this gathering of global Taoist practitioners to jointly discuss the development plans of the World Taoist Association and to explore the contemporary value of Tai Chi culture will further consolidate the consensus among the global Taoist community, enhance the international influence of the World Taoist Association, promote the deeper integration and innovation of Taoist culture in dialogue with other civilizations in the world, facilitate mutual learning among civilizations, and continuously contribute wisdom and strength to building a community with a shared future for mankind.

After the opening ceremony, a series of activities were held, including the second meeting of the first council of the World Taoist Federation, the "Tai Chi and Harmony, Daoism and Mysticism Converge" dialogue at Wudang Mountain, the new book launch of the "Tao Te Ching" in both Chinese and English, and the "Tahe Xuanle" international Taoist music and culture performance. This event was hosted by the World Taoist Federation and the Chinese Taoist Association.
